 This week In Whetu we have been reading this book called Code Name Bananas! It's about a boy called Eric and he's best friends with a gorilla Gurcude. In the book so far that he has saved her from getting the 2 shots. And he's living with his Uncle Sid but sadly his Gramma died from a nasty bomb that hit and she passed away. I did for my Chapter Chat was a Tortise with a basket for a shell I put the basket shell, not on the rise but when I read the story It was opposite to not be on the Toriste. But I've had fun being in Whetu! And when I leave this class I will miss all of the students and my teachers too. 

Who: Mrs. Taaffe.   What: She did a crime in the Whetu Milky way. She stole 18 missing chocolate bars, Took the cable to the  TV broke some things and left a scrunchie behind. She confest she did the crime that she did.  Were: Whetu Milky way Room one The corner closet to the TV.  Why: Mrs. Taaffe had trouble casting her laptop and she saw the chocolate milky ways and took them and ran out.  How: She was in the Milky way near Whetu and then she saw a jar of milky ways so she took about 18 of them then she took the cable and ran out of the classroom but she stopped at the bush to check if it was still opened or not.  When: October 11 Sunday at 3am,. 

 This term I did a comic strip about my annoying little brother taken from me so I have to find him and figure out some clues so I can help him escape from the UNKOWN! I like doing sketching because it's my hobby to do it and I've enjoyed my time in Whetu and I will miss my teachers and year 5's. 

I have learnt about what Guy Fawkes is and why we celebrate it! It is about in 1605 Gidou Fawkes had a plan while fighting the Spanish, It was called the GunPower Plot. I have had fun learning in Whetu while I can before I move classrooms. 

This week I have done some number of the day and I have learnt so much about maths that what Odd and Even is. I have enjoyed doing this task so far on the year 2020! 

 This week I have done a Grammer cop and it's about fixing up the mistakes. There are Capital Letters and Commas. I have had fun doing this whoogle for this year!

 On Tuesday, was athletics! I had so much fun! In my 800 meters, I came last because I had the stice but I keep on going! Every Staff member, Teachers was so proud of me and everyone at athletics! I felt very nervous I just tried my best! In one of my races, I think I came fourth but I can't really remember though, still very fun! I went to Shotput A, Long jump, 200 meters, and 600 meters race. I learned this saying from my dad" Never give up and you can practice so you can get even better!
